Our items are packaged with optimal care for shipping. Our goal is to have zero packages damaged during transit however breakage does/can occur due to the nature of glass items and shipping. If this does occur, please take a photo of your broken item inside of the box with the packaging along with a photo of the shipping label on the outside of the box. Send the pictures to sensualscentsbyparis@gmail.com no later than 5 days after receipt of shipment with a description of the item(s) broken. We will replace your item(s) in 3-5 business days or when the product is in stock. PLEASE USE CARE WHEN OPENING YOUR CANDLE PACKAGE. BROKEN GLASS/SHARDS FROM CANDLE VESSELS CAN CAUSE INJURY.
